Behavior Day Services
Program Goals
Behavior Day Services (Options) is a site-based day program for people who benefit from positive behavior support in a structured, supportive setting. The program is designed to help participants increase their independence, develop self-regulation skills, and build meaningful connections through consistent routines and engaging, goal-driven activities.
Through a balance of on-site learning and community integration, Options empowers participants to express themselves, try new things, and make steady progress toward their personal goals—at their own pace.

Program Details
Options operates Monday through Friday and provides full-day programming in a licensed, site-based setting. The program uses a structured daily schedule with small group rotations to offer consistency, predictability, and variety. Activities are designed to be engaging and developmentally appropriate, with built-in supports to promote positive behavior, communication, and participation.
All behavior strategies and supports are designed in partnership with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who provides guidance, training, and ongoing oversight to ensure that interventions are person-centered and aligned with each participant’s goals. Options staff receive regular training on implementing proactive, positive behavior supports throughout the day.
The daily curriculum includes visual and performing arts, cooking, life skills, technology, recreation, social-emotional learning, and more! These are delivered through hands-on, experiential activities that support individual learning styles and behavioral strategies. Community-based outings are incorporated regularly, giving participants real-life opportunities to generalize skills and experience the world beyond the program site.
Collaboration with families and support teams is a key part of the Options model, ensuring alignment with each participant’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and long-term goals.
